Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Fresh2Wow (fresh2wow.com and app.fresh2wow.com). By creating an account you accept them. Honest summary: use the service for your content, respect the rules of the networks you publish to, and treat the platform the way you'd want yours treated.

The service

Fresh2Wow lets you create content (with and without AI), review it as a team, schedule it, and publish it to connected social networks. The service is under active development; features may change, and anything marked beta may behave like it.

Your account and your team

• You are responsible for your account and for the invitations and roles you grant in your workspaces.
• By connecting a social network you confirm you are authorized to publish on that account.

Your content

Your content is yours. You grant us only the technical license needed to store, process, and publish it where you direct. AI content generated from your ideas is yours to the extent the law allows; always review before publishing.

Unacceptable use

• Spam, deception, impersonation, or illegal content.
• Violating the terms of the connected social networks.
• Attempting to access other workspaces' data or bypass service limits.

Credits and payments

AI operations consume credits, always visible in your ledger. Once paid plans exist, their conditions and prices will be shown before you subscribe; payments are processed by Stripe.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do everything reasonable to make it work well (and show you the real status of every post), but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or outcomes on the networks. Our liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the previous 12 months, to the extent the law allows.

Termination

You can leave whenever you want (see data deletion). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice except in cases of serious abuse.
