Privacy policy

Fresh2Wow ("we") operates fresh2wow.com and app.fresh2wow.com. This policy explains what data we process, why, and the rights you have. We wrote it to be understood; if anything is unclear, write to privacy@fresh2wow.com.

What we collect

• Account: email, display name, and language preferences.
• Work content: the posts, brands, images, and calendars your team creates inside its workspaces.
• Social connections: the access tokens each network hands us when you connect an account. They are stored encrypted and used only to publish what you schedule and to read the metrics of those posts.
• Usage and billing: credits consumed, AI operations performed and, once paid plans exist, the billing data processed by our payment provider.
• Technical: technical logs with identifiers (not content) to operate and debug the service.

Why we use it

• To provide the service: create, review, schedule, and publish your content.
• To generate AI content when you ask for it, in your brand's voice.
• To meter usage in credits and keep a transparent ledger.
• To notify you about workspace events (reviews, publishing failures, billing).
• If you join the waitlist: to email you about the launch. Nothing else.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Who we share it with

Only the providers required to operate: database and storage infrastructure (Supabase), web hosting (Vercel), AI providers for the generations you request (for example Anthropic or OpenAI — they receive the request text, not your account), the social networks you connect (they receive the content you publish), payment processing (Stripe), and transactional email delivery. Each receives the minimum needed for its function.

For how long

As long as your account exists. When you disconnect a social network, its tokens are deleted. When you delete your account or a workspace, its content is removed from active systems within 30 days (backups rotate within an additional limited window).

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to or restrict certain processing (GDPR if you are in the EU). The fastest path is on the data deletion page; you can also write to privacy@fresh2wow.com.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will announce it in the app and update the date above.
